Life as Art

22 days of meeting life with more curiosity, attention and play.

There is a creative pulse in each of us. Sometimes it simply needs a little more space.

What might open if you gave yourself space to play?

The journey

Living creatively, every day

We will follow what brings us alive. We will notice beauty in ordinary places, experiment with new ways of moving through the day, and see what becomes possible when we treat life as something we are creating.

Come as you are. Bring your curiosity.

Imagine waking up a little more curious. Noticing the light on the kitchen wall.

You walk through your city with fresh eyes - like a poet, like a lover.

The journey is shaped to weave into daily life.

Together, we will practice paying attention. To the body. To beauty. To the living world. To the parts of ourselves asking for more room.

We will tend to the nervous system, creating the inner spaciousness that allows curiosity to become more than a passing feeling, and grow into a way of meeting life.

The journey draws from phenomenology, deep ecology, poetics, ritual and somatics. It is playful, spacious and rooted in real life.

How it works

A simple daily rhythm, held in a small circle

We begin together on 11 November. Along the way, you will receive:

  • Daily voice notes and poetic prompts to shift how you see, sense and move through the world
  • Rich ideas drawn from phenomenology, deep ecology, poetics, ritual and somatics
  • Somatic explorations that bring curiosity into the body and gently expand your capacity to stay open to aliveness
  • Small experiments to weave into your mornings, walks, conversations and encounters
  • A circle of artists of the everyday with whom to share discoveries, questions and sparks
  • A closing ceremony to gather what has moved, changed or begun to take shape

You do not need to approach this perfectly. Follow what speaks to you, move at your own rhythm and let the journey meet you where you are.

Your guide

I’m Laura Cincera.

I have spent much of my life moving between worlds: leadership and art, technology and the body, philosophy and the earth.

For nine years, I worked at Google, creating and leading programs across leadership and social impact. At the same time, I was following a softer thread through artistic and contemplative practice, somatic exploration and a growing devotion to the living world.

I am trained in Internal Family Systems and a certified mindfulness teacher. These practices have deepened my curiosity about our inner worlds, the intelligence of the body and what becomes possible when we learn to meet ourselves with greater attention.

Life as Art emerged where those worlds met. It holds a question that has followed me for years: what happens when we approach becoming as an artistic practice, and our lives as something we are continually creating?

This journey gathers the practices that have helped me live with more attention, curiosity and creative freedom. I would love to share them with you.
